DEADLETTER
A first-person mail-processing game built around a single desk.
A design another
artist could build.
I concentrated detail on the desk, paper and tools because the player works close to them. A restrained wood-and-metal palette gives the room an administrative character; the desk sheet gives Henry the forms and surface targets to build.
A shared language for working tools.
The handle and pressing block sit above a flat stamping base. The interaction below carries that downward action into the game.
The workspace
becomes interactive.
The stamp becomes a repeated action in the mail workflow. Shawn: textures, postal graphics, Blueprints and integration. Henry Jiang: 3D asset modeling.
